Gosh, I do hope this letter reaches you as I am not sure if you are still at Digital Hearing Healthcare. My father was Henry ‘Mike’ Vedrani, Sr. He was, as I’m sure you remember, a client of yours. I do apologize for my delay in writing this. I’ve wanted to personally thank you and your wonderful staff for your excellent care of my father. I remember how he used to talk about his visits to your office and I brought him on one occasion. I know there were many times he took his frustration out on you folks. But you were always so kind and understanding, he thought a lot of you, Mr.Hendrix. As you are well aware, my father was very genuine, and a ‘tell it like it is’ kind of man. His death was unexpected and his absence has been profoundly felt by all of us and his many friends. I had phoned your office on the Thursday or Friday afternoon before he died. (He died on Wednesday, Sept 24, 2008). I explained to the woman who answered the phone that my father was in the hospital and that he couldn’t hear a thing. She told me to come right down and someone would check it out. My husband left with it immediately and returned shortly after, with it in working order. We then brought it to him and I will never forget how happy he was.
So let me say again to you from the very bottom of my heart- Thank you, you made a huge contribution to his well being.

"For a long time I was having a difficult time hearing and my friends would comment on it. After awhile some of them hinted that maybe I needed a hearing aid. One day I received an invitation from Digital Hearing to have a hearing test and there was a special on purchasing hearing aids, so I bravely took up the offer. After the hearing test I was told the results, and agreed to be tested for hearing aids. I tried the demos and found my hearing was so much clearer that I agreed to purchase a pair, and picked out the cover design. When I went to pick them up, Dan had me insert them and he walked away, I figured he had something to do but then I heard a voice in the distance asking me how they felt. I realized it was Dan, talking to me so I turned around and saw him in the distance with a smile on his face. I responded that I heard him very well and that began my ability to hear. I told Dan I was going to the firehouse theatre that evening and he suggested that I do not wear them because of the background noise and wait until I get used to them. But I was never able to hear when I went there so I decided to try them. I couldn’t believe it, for the first time I clearly heard all the performers and had absolutely no problem with the background noise. Now I wear them daily and am very happy to hear what is going on around me. When I remove them before bedtime, especially after listening to TV, all the sounds become muffled and I can now tell the difference between hearing and not hearing."
